Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Tab S10 series, which includes AI features and an S Pen, on Thursday. It’s available in two new tablets, S10 Ultra and S10 Plus, with large screens, a premium cost, and an S Pen stylus. Both tablets will be available from October 3.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has a 14.6-inch screen and a 12 MP front camera in addition to 13 MP plus and 8 MP ultrawide rear cameras. It also includes RAM sizes from 256GB to 1TB and an 11,200mAh battery.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus comes with a 12.4-inch screen, a 2800×1752 pixel resolution, a dual rear camera setup, which is the same as its sibling, a RAM size of 256GB to 512GB, and a 10,090mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
The common features of both tablets include a dedicated AI button on the keyboard covers, which are sold separately. The AI advancements mean a powerful processor to make AI-based tasks hyperresponsive and connected to home-AI devices.
Users can also experience its other innovative functions, like improved handwriting conversion and multispeaker transcription. Additionally, both devices come with an S Pen stylus and AMOLED antireflection screens.
Samsung hasn’t confirmed the price for the Book Cover Keyboard accessories that go with these tablets and include the AI button. But for the tablets, its cost starts at $1200 and $1000 respectively. They will be released in two colors, Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver.
It’s other AI-enabled tools are Circle to Search, Sketch Assist, Note Assist, and PDF overlay. The S Pen includes an Air Command feature powered by AI. Both models have a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and anti-reflective coating to enhance the display.
